To the BTO RMA Helpdesk- All components must be packed antistatically.
- All components must be packed shockproof.
- Please use outer packing.
- The RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the package.
- Send us a request for repair / warranty replacement or return of goods.
- Please mark your return clearly visible on the outside of the package with the RMA number and enclose the return slip with the delivery.
- Please send the return shipment free of charge.
- Returns without RMA number will not be accepted.
We would like to point out that defective data media within the warranty period are generally forwarded to the manufacturer. Defective data media outside the warranty period will be destroyed by us in accordance with data protection regulations.
