To the BTO RMA Helpdesk
  1. All components must be packed antistatically. 
  2. All components must be packed shockproof. 
  3. Please use outer packing. 
  4. The RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the package. 
All components must be properly packaged in accordance with the ESD Packaging Ordinance (DIN EN 61340-5-1) applicable in Germany and transported back to us in ESD-compliant packaging.
  1. Send us a request for repair / warranty replacement or return of goods.
  2. Please mark your return clearly visible on the outside of the package with the RMA number and enclose the return slip with the delivery.
  3. Please send the return shipment free of charge.
  4. Returns without RMA number will not be accepted.
Please provide a detailed error description so that the error can be traced. Unfortunately, we cannot accept error descriptions such as "defective" or "without function", as these are not comprehensible in many cases.
The products must arrive at our premises in the same condition in which they left our premises. This includes labels of the manufacturer as well as labels of Memorysolution GmbH. Components for which the labels have been removed or provided with their own labels can unfortunately not be processed.
You want to return a defective data carrier to us? It cannot be ruled out that we or other downstream service providers or manufacturers may become aware of the content on these data carriers. So please make sure that the data media have been properly deleted before returning them. If possible, you should also inform your customers of the dangers of unintentional data transfer.

We would like to point out that defective data media within the warranty period are generally forwarded to the manufacturer. Defective data media outside the warranty period will be destroyed by us in accordance with data protection regulations.
