Die CM6 (Enterprise) und die CD6 (Data Center) sind ältere U.3-NVMe-SSDs von KIOXIA in Read-Intensive- (-R) und Mixed-Use-Ausführung (-V). Bei der CD6 gibt es zusätzlich SED-, SIE- und FIPS-Ausführungen. Beide Serien bleiben für Bestandsplattformen und Ersatzbedarfe relevant.
