To support complex security processes, the customer required a high-performance, scalable IT infrastructure that combined exceptional computing power, extensive storage capacity, and maximum security.

Project Description
The objective of this project was to provide a high-performance and fail-safe system for data processing, archiving, and analysis in the field of cybersecurity.
The key requirements:
- Maximum computational power for demanding data analysis tasks
- High-speed NVMe storage for real-time processing of security-critical data
- Long-term storage of large datasets with high reliability
- Strict security standards to protect sensitive information
- Scalability to adapt to future demands
To meet these requirements, Memorysolution designed a two-tier IT infrastructure, consisting of a high-performance head node and a dedicated archival storage system.
Project Implementation
Memorysolution delivered and integrated a custom-built solution using Supermicro technology:
Head Node:
- Supermicro Hyper 121H-TNR for top-tier performance
- 2x 5th Gen Intel Xeon Gold 6544Y CPUs (16 cores, 32 threads) for rapid data processing
- 2 TB DDR5 RAM to efficiently support parallel workloads and multitasking
- 8x 15.36 TB NVMe storage (Samsung PM9A3 U.2) for ultra-fast data access
Long-Term Storage:
- Supermicro 947HE2C-R2K05JBOD with 90x 24TB enterprise SAS hard drives
- Total capacity: 2.16 PB for secure and reliable long-term data storage
Network Infrastructure:
- Dual 100GbE interfaces for fast and secure data exchange with external networks
This architecture ensured an optimal combination of computing power and storage capacity, fully addressing the complex requirements of IT security and data protection.

With the new high-performance and secure IT infrastructure, our customer achieved significant improvements in data processing and analysis:
- Maximum performance for compute-intensive security analysis
- Extremely fast NVMe storage for real-time access to security-critical data
- 2.16 PB storage for long-term, secure data archiving
- Redundant 100GbE network connectivity for high availability and fast data transfer
- Scalable architecture, allowing future expansion as needed
